Report from DC - The Power of the Grassroots

I am writting this from 1976 Biltmore Street in Washington, DC. We just had a terrific event with Rep. Chris Van Hollen, who spoke powerfully, from his own experience, about the power of grassroots mobilization to overcome big GOP spending. Thanks to the money we raised tonight, we will be able to send students to Sherrod Brown's senate campaign in Ohio! (Brown is a candidate I am particularly excited about.)
